ACCS History
ACCS was established by Louis B. Harden, M.D. on April 15, 1974. In 1975 Samuel H. Perry II, M.D. joined the practice. Shortly thereafter Dr. Harden left the practice to go into the service. Dell A. Shepherd, M.D. joined Dr. Perry in 1979, and together they built a successful pediatric practice in the North Platte area. On July 15, 2003 Kathy S. Lopez, M.D. joined the practice coming from the Pittsburgh, PA area where she practiced for 7 years. Dr. Perry decided that it was time for him to retire in December of 2007 so Vijjay K. Prasad, M.D. joined ACCS in January of 2008. Dr. Prasad came from West Virginia where he had been in practice since 2003. Dr. Prasad left the practice in September of 2010. Physician Assistant Kristin M. Roelfs joined ACCS in February of 2011. Kristin was a student at ACCS during her training and joined the practice as soon as she graduated from PA school.
